The ARLIS/NA Ontario Executive would just like to remind you of the upcoming 2015 Fall Business Meeting! This year’s meeting will take place this Friday, December 4, 2015 at the University of Toronto.
Time: 11am to 5pm
Where: Meet at 11am in the main lobby of Sidney Smith Building, University of Toronto, 100 St. George Street, Toronto, M5S 3G3
Cost: $20 for regular attendees; $10 for students (cost includes a student membership).
The schedule for the day will include:
- 11am – Tour of an exhibition at the University of Toronto Art Centre and the Barnicke gallery, followed by a look at Czech book design at the Fisher if time permits
- 1pm – Catered lunch at the U of T Art Library, followed by a Talk from Margaret English, a U of T Art Librarian, on the Library’s Sound Art Collection
- 3pm – Day to conclude with our formal business agenda.
We will also be selling vintage holiday ornaments! All proceeds will go towards helping ARLIS/NA Ontario fulfill its mission to connect Art Librarians, promote our profession, and further professional development.
